Prepare labels and identify supply packaging. Count, weigh, and label supplies according to instructions on the map/requisition; handle processed meats (skewers, medallions, rolls, etc.). Grind and tenderize meats; slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store supplies, then organize them in designated locations. Assist with loading and unloading supplies onto internal and external route vehicles. Clean and sanitize used utensils; clean the work area daily. Performing tasks and/or moving within the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE) area is strictly prohibited.
