Job Mission: As a Human Resources Intern, your mission is to support HR department activities, assisting in recruitment and selection processes, training and development, personnel administration, and other related areas. This professional will help organize and execute administrative and support tasks, always under supervision. Job Requirements: * Academic Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management. * Experience (in the field): Not required, but prior experience in HR will be considered a plus. * Interest in people management and familiarity with recruitment and selection tools. Key Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and candidate follow-up. * Assist in organizing and implementing onboarding and training programs for new employees. * Participate in preparing HR reports and metrics. * Update and maintain employee records and departmental files. * Contribute to implementing and promoting HR policies and procedures. * Support organizing internal events and internal marketing initiatives. * Assist employees by answering questions and guiding them on internal procedures. Requirements: Specific Knowledge: * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word); * Canvas and AI; * Task management systems (Planner, Trello).
