Promotion of continuous improvement and compliance with regulations ### **Position Summary:** Professional responsible for managing Facilities processes, with focus on construction projects and maintenance of electrical and civil infrastructure—including buildings, internal roads, drainage networks, and administrative areas. Will manage third-party service contracts, control costs, supervise activities, and ensure service quality, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards, internal guidelines, and safety requirements, while promoting continuous process improvement and meeting internal customer demands. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage Facilities processes, including construction projects and maintenance of electrical and civil infrastructure (common areas, internal roads, stormwater and sanitary drainage, roofs, and administrative buildings); * Address internal customer demands by proposing technical solutions aligned with budget and company guidelines; * Conduct management and critical analysis of service provider contracts, including scope development, audits, performance evaluation, and document control; * Monitor and control costs of contracted services, identifying and addressing variances; * Measure and track internal customer satisfaction regarding delivered services; * Plan and conduct drills and criticality analyses to ensure compliance of security services; * Perform audits, inspections, and oversight of operational and administrative processes; * Control and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and infrastructure; * Integrate employees and service providers, ensuring alignment with procedures and regulations; * Develop and report Facilities area KPIs, participating in follow-up meetings; * Implement and monitor preventive procedures and emergency plans, acting in critical situations; * Promote continuous process improvement, focusing on standardization, reduction of rework, and resource optimization. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in Facilities management, with involvement in civil and electrical infrastructure; * Experience in contract and service provider management; * Experience in building maintenance (preventive and corrective); * Experience in cost control, KPIs, and process management; * Experience in audits and continuous improvement; **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of infrastructure projects (civil and electrical); * Knowledge of regulatory norms (NRs) and safety practices; * KPI management and performance analysis; * Basic understanding of contract and documentation management; * Knowledge of emergency plans and risk management; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical profile with results orientation; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple demands; * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement; * Critical thinking and decision-making ability.
