Coordinate all project phases—from initial analysis through system stabilization—anticipating challenges and proposing solutions. Lead and develop teams, foster effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensure technical quality of deliverables, and provide support during transition, aiming for customer satisfaction and project success. ### **Prerequisites** FIELD OF STUDY: Administration, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Team management skills. Problem-solving ability. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Agile methodologies. ERP and enterprise management systems knowledge.
