Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that evolves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, assign, and monitor team activities to ensure achievement of operational and SSMA targets. * Evaluate operator performance, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans. * Conduct audits and task observations (OPT), address anomalies, and promote continuous procedural improvement. * Ensure production data entry into SAP and monthly closure of area performance indicators. * Guarantee product and treated effluent quality, as well as integrity of critical equipment. * Analyze operational failures, define countermeasures, and direct corrective and preventive actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP. * Experience in team and process management, including familiarity with management tools, statistical analysis, and feedback practices. * Understanding of leadership responsibilities, including labor and legal aspects. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
