If you are responsible, committed, and seek to work in a production environment focused on quality and efficiency, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Inspect your work area and equipment prior to each shift to identify irregularities and deviations, aiming to proactively resolve potential issues; * Activate required components and resources as needed to perform necessary adjustments to meet the scheduled production plan, according to expected quality criteria; * Monitor machine operation under your responsibility, identifying planned stages and processes while considering product characteristics, quality requirements, and workflow; * Inspect and verify each stage of the production process under your responsibility, ensuring product quality and adherence to the planned production flow, preventing disruptions and unsafe conditions, and intervening or reporting adverse situations to supervisors; * Move materials using designated equipment, as scheduled and required; * Document and report any deviations or failures in the process, interfacing with responsible personnel to support diagnosis and resolution; * Perform machine cleaning procedures using appropriate resources, maintaining\-them in good operating condition; * Record production output and performance under your responsibility, following company procedures. * Complete forms and/or documents specifying required data, ensuring reliability of requested information; * Report technical and mechanical machine issues to responsible personnel for appropriate handling; * Perform minor repairs and adjustments on machines when necessary, and report any technical issues to responsible personnel. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, * Basic computer skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of textile processes, * Experience in industrial production.
