Job Summary: Lead, motivate, and plan cleaning and maintenance teams, mediate client relationships, and guide staff in resolving complex issues. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and motivation 2. Work routine planning and administration 3. Guidance for solving complex problems Lead and motivate teams of workers providing cleaning, conservation, and general maintenance services. Mediate relationships between clients and service providers. Plan and manage team work, defining work routines, cleaning techniques, and material application; identify priorities; and provide materials and equipment required to perform services. May perform conservation and cleaning activities in any type of environment. Guide less-experienced staff in solving more complex problems. Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
