We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to join our dynamic and committed team. Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree in HR, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Minimum 1.5 years of verifiable work experience in the field, as evidenced by employment record. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to mutual growth and success. * Master functions covered at previous levels; * Configure companies within the system; * Analyze, calculate, and verify vacation entitlements; * Calculate, verify, and close payroll-related tax obligations for larger payroll movements; * Submit e-Social/DCTFWeb events and perform month-end closing; * Analyze, calculate, verify, and process severance payments and related documentation; * Perform registrations for work schedules, positions, and related items in the system, excluding rubric-related events; * Support previous levels in resolving issues as needed; * Familiarity with ECAC system processes (credit control, PER/DCOMP, Tax Status, etc.). * Familiarity with Econet Consulting * Handle non-routine departmental requests * Monitor e-Social/DCTFWeb submission deadlines * Transfer economic group information
