Here’s how you will contribute to the IT Operations team: Attending and resolving tickets escalated by Level 1 Service Desk, either on-site or remotely; Performing troubleshooting activities on hardware, software, network, and operating systems; Providing support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices; Assisting the infrastructure team in basic tasks such as patch deployment and system updates, backup verification, network and server monitoring (basic level), and supporting user access and permissions; Ensuring detailed documentation of all service requests in the Service Desk/ITSM tool; Escalating critical or highly complex incidents to responsible teams (Level 3/Infrastructure); Maintaining clear and consistent communication with users regarding ticket status; Collaborating in updating the technical knowledge base and internal procedures; Supporting IT asset inventory and equipment movement tracking. 2511030202241784601
