Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide work teams; * Monitor the physical construction schedule; * Ensure quality and productivity of executed services; * Control materials and request supplies as needed; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations; * Support the responsible engineer in project management. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; * Experience in construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial); * Leadership and team management skills; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Knowledge of construction processes.
