Job Description
❇️ The **Projects Specialist** position at GS Soluções unit in Ouro Preto/MG aims to evaluate, develop, and monitor sanitation projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and technical compliance. The role involves resource analysis, construction execution, validation of payments and reports, as well as support in environmental licensing and selection of materials and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate and develop sanitation projects, detailing technical specifications and required resources.
Clarify questions regarding applications, timelines, and technical validation prior to implementation.
Monitor construction execution, equipment installation, and infrastructure, ensuring quality standards and budget adherence.
Research appropriate equipment and materials, aligning solutions with commercial proposals and forecasted budgets.
Prepare calculations, sketches, and technical drawings, defining work schedules and phases.
Validate contract measurements and approve payment and procurement requests.
Support environmental licensing processes and preparation of technical opinions.
Prepare technical and administrative reports, consolidating results and information for management.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Use IT tools for data analysis and strategic reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree
Fields: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related disciplines
* ️⃣ 6–8 years of experience in sanitation projects and construction
* ️⃣ Knowledge of physical\-financial planning and construction execution
* ️⃣ Experience in environmental licensing and preparation of technical opinions
* ️⃣ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
Desirable Qualifications
* ️⃣ Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related fields
* ️⃣ Experience in water and sewage network projects
* ️⃣ Familiarity with SAP or integrated management systems
* ️⃣ Prior involvement in large-scale or funded construction projects
