Join a dedicated team, applying your knowledge and directly contributing to the deployment, maintenance, and quality of fiber optic networks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for handling service orders related to telephone line installation and repair, ADSL services, and maintenance of TUPs and TV (metallic and fiber optic networks), using technical procedures and those specified by the operator in their region of operation. Perform aerial telephone line operations through installation and repair of telephone lines, conducting tests, laying and retrieving cables; * Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers via ADSL internet access installation and repair, subscriber line and trunk repairs, modem/router configuration, restoration of basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; * Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, execution of tests and configurations; * Perform FTTH installations and repairs; * Conduct Micro Repairs in IT, performing diagnostics and corrections or preventive maintenance; * Provide user support when necessary; * Carry out other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Valid Category B driver's license * Availability for fieldwork and a 6x1 work schedule **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance; Discounts at pharmacies and partner stores. **Working Hours:** 6x1 schedule Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 17:30 Saturday: 08:30 to 16:30 Sunday: On-call / rotating shift At Selpe Gente e Gestão, we believe every career is unique and every professional journey deserves to be built with purpose and the right connections. **We specialize in connecting talents with opportunities that truly make sense.
