




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing a food service unit, supervising production, quality, hygiene, staff, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in team management and food quality control **Job Description:** ---------------------- Legal Representation: Represent the company before the client, Sanitary Surveillance authorities, and, in labor-related matters, represent the contracted party with full decision-making authority. Daily Unit Management: Supervise food production, meal quality, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and service at the distribution line. Personnel Management: Supervise kitchen staff (cooks, assistants, waiters), monitor working hours, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Customer Service (Frontline): Collect feedback from end users (final customers) and clients (contracting managers) at the restaurant, acting promptly to correct issues. Quality/SAN Control: Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and monitor equipment and food temperatures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proven experience in managing Food and Nutrition Units (UAN) or collective restaurants. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitary Surveillance regulations. Experience in team management (cooks, assistants, waiters, and other staff). Practical experience in food quality control, including temperature monitoring and food hygiene. Experience in meal production and distribution control. Customer service skills and ability to manage contractual requirements. Knowledge of inventory control, raw materials management, and waste reduction.
