Job Summary: IT professional to manage and handle system support tickets for SAP and legacy systems, with focus on problem resolution and information updates. Key Highlights: 1. Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills Main Responsibilities: * Manage and distribute system support tickets arriving via the Helix tool * Contact users to collect necessary information for support handling * Provide first-level support for simple SAP and legacy system tickets * Update tickets * Perform simple SAP service catalog configurations * Update BI systems to generate performance indicator reports for coordination and management * Open tickets with vendors for legacy system support What We Expect From You: * Completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields; * Prior experience in support ticket handling; * Proficiency with management tools and Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Analytical mindset, with problem-solving capability for SAP and legacy systems; * Curiosity to research and proactively seek solutions for SAP and legacy system issues; * Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with users, teams, and other IT departments; * Good communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Computer Science, Bachelor's Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Computer Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate) * Performance-based bonus * Life insurance * Psychological support * Pharmacy benefit * Meal allowance * Dental assistance * Medical assistance * Remote work (1 day per week) * Transportation allowance
