As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient receivables management, acting consultatively with clients—especially those in the public sector—to facilitate agreements, prevent delinquency, and directly contribute to the company's financial sustainability. Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage **contract receivables**, proactively contacting clients to negotiate and resolve outstanding financial matters; * Operate financial management tools (CIGAM ERP, banks, invoice issuers, etc.); * Draft clear and professional **administrative and financial communications** (e\-mails, official letters, messages, etc.); * Analyze spreadsheets and **financial indicators**, proposing process improvements and automation; * Monitor deadlines, payment statuses, and follow-ups with relevant departments; * Act **proactively and analytically**, contributing to continuous improvement of collections processes.
