Perform ingredient pre-preparation, such as cutting, chopping, and peeling food items. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating dishes and finalizing food before serving to customers. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
