Job Summary: Perform control and on-site supervision activities for civil construction projects, building maintenance, custodial services, and technical support, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable legislation. Preparation of spreadsheets and monitoring of material receipt Perform control and ON-SITE SUPERVISION OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS and building maintenance, custodial services, management support and/or planning and control. Job Details: Total remuneration: 4\.234,17; Meal voucher/allowance: R$27.00; Commuting allowance / Fuel voucher; Gympass and Sesc partnership benefits. Responsibilities: a) Provide technical support for audits related to infrastructure contracts; b) Archive (physical and electronic) and organize technical documentation for infrastructure contracts; c) Monitor contracts and support supervision in ensuring compliance with legislation applicable to each activity performed by the contractor; d) Supervise execution in accordance with contractual requirements, jointly with contractors, for activities related to each infrastructure contract; e) Support supervision of the building maintenance, green areas, and building cleaning contract; f) Participate in periodic meetings with Petrobras Management to monitor work progress; g) Digitize and index documents into electronic folders or systems; h) Create physical folders and archive documents; i) Prepare spreadsheets and schedules for maintenance in civil construction works and custodial services; j) Monitor and verify receipt of materials to be used in construction works and building maintenance at the UTE; Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Qualifications: , Elementary School (1st level) * Group Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Pharmacy Partnership * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Commuting Allowance
