Job Summary: A professional with experience in Finance/Controllership, focused on critical analysis, integrated financial vision, and strong synthesis ability to work in financial planning and reporting. Profile with strong critical analysis skills and an integrated financial vision. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Controllership, Corporate Finance, Business Management, or related fields is desirable. **Experience:** * Total of 3 to 5 years working in Finance/Controllership, with experience in controllership, FP&A, managerial accounting, or financial planning. * At least 3 years of direct experience with **budget**, **forecast**, **result analysis**, and **managerial reporting**. * Participation in **squads** or multidisciplinary finance projects is desirable. **Expected Profile:** A professional who has experienced full financial closings, completed at least three budget/forecast cycles, and possesses strong critical analysis skills, an integrated financial vision, and excellent synthesis ability.
