Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services to ensure the preservation of facilities and equipment. Maintaining various building areas **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform low-voltage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards, aiming to preserve building facilities and equipment covered under the contract.
