Job Summary: Professional to assist in fleet management, monitor performance indicators, maintenance activities, and vehicle and cargo control. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in analyzing departmental performance indicators 2. Monitor and manage fleets and cargo loading 3. Control and schedule vehicles **Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing and developing departmental performance indicators; * Monitor vehicle check\-lists for both company-owned and third-party fleets; * Identify and manage fleet traffic violations; * Assist in monitoring and ensuring timely corrective and preventive maintenance of the fleet; * Analyze fleet vehicle average metrics; * Monitor cargo dispatch and loading; * Control and schedule vehicles; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience in the relevant market segment is desirable; * Experience with last\-mile delivery; * Knowledge of route planning is desirable; * Experience with data entry and record management; * Flexible working hours availability Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
