Implementing continuous improvements and optimizing operations * **Job Responsibilities:** \- Supervise team activities to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and with quality. \- Plan daily operational activities, organizing maintenance and service requests. \- Prepare monthly reports on operational progress, highlighting performance indicators and achieved results. \- Conduct weekly team meetings to align objectives, monitor SLA compliance, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. \- Perform daily inspections of services rendered, record and track service request tickets. \- Manage the building’s annual maintenance plan, monitoring preventive and corrective service schedules. \- Issue and manage purchase orders and oversee inventory of consumable materials and equipment. \- Monitor deadlines for service request tickets and work orders, ensuring adherence to established standards. \- Support implementation of operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and outcomes. * Requirements: \- Completed high school education (Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Private Security Management preferred or currently pursuing). \- Experience in operations supervision. \- Knowledge of industry operational processes (e.g., facilities, civil works, maintenance, production). \- Aptitude for technical analysis related to building maintenance and administrative operations. \- Proficiency with management tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.). \- Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and conflict resolution capability. \- Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B.
