Be part of an innovative social project **Do you believe education can transform Brazil?** **Alicerce Educação** is looking for people passionate about learning and teaching to serve as **Guides** in the Escola Nota 10 project in Palmas. The Alicerce educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports the development of Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and job-market-oriented skills for students who, for various reasons, were unable to complete their studies. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Delivering classes in Portuguese, Mathematics (covering Basic Content from Elementary School I and II), and professional qualification topics. \- Contributing to the personal and professional growth of MRV Construction employees. \- Being part of an innovative social project. **Mandatory requirements for application:** \- Completed undergraduate degree (Licenciatura) in one of the following fields: Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Teaching experience; \- Availability to deliver subjects across pedagogical pathways, covering Portuguese, Mathematics (Elementary School I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary themes outlined in the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base), adapting to the project's target audience; \- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICT); \- Possession of a computer or laptop with internet access. **Preferred qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the position:** Location: Quadra 301 Norte, AV NS A, next to the Hemocenter. Class schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Contract type: Service Provider — Legal Entity (PJ) Compensation: BRL 37.20 per hour worked \+ 1.5 hours weekly for pedagogical rituals (total of 6 hours per week).
