**Job Description**
UNIBE Pré\-Militar is seeking a **Coordination Assistant** to support educational and administrative activities at the unit, contributing to academic monitoring, organization of the school routine, and dropout prevention—with special attention to the **KIDS** program.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct telephone outreach to parents and guardians to identify reasons for student absences, record information, and relay findings to the coordination team for corrective action planning;
* Monitor student attendance, performance, and adaptation—especially among KIDS students—and support dropout prevention initiatives;
* Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, absences, late arrivals, and incidents to ensure organized academic documentation;
* Develop, organize, and update class schedules, supporting the pedagogical coordination team in curriculum planning and implementation;
* Assist in tracking goals defined by the coordination team, contributing to key indicators such as attendance, performance, and student retention;
* Provide classroom support to the KIDS teacher, assisting with classroom organization, discipline management, and execution of pedagogical activities;
* Support the pedagogical coordination team with administrative and operational tasks related to daily school operations;
* Serve as a communication liaison among coordination staff, teachers, students, and guardians;
* Contribute to maintaining an organized, welcoming, and learning-conducive school environment.
**Desired Qualifications**
* Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a degree in Pedagogy or related fields);
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity;
* Affinity with children and adolescents;
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month
