**PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE ROLE**

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in and execute all receiving, shipping, and people and process management activities, ensuring that areas of responsibility meet the company’s standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and financial performance. In this role, you will carry out shift scheduling work and delegate responsibilities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist in executing routine operations for the assigned area and ensure reports comply with policies and procedures related to employee safety and food safety.
* Monitor risks associated with products and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
* Maintain adherence to company safety and hygiene standards.
* Ensure employee and product safety at all times by completing full training according to task procedures and individual needs.
* Support and manage production budgeting for a department, process, or change initiative.
* Guide production workers, participate in the selection process, and handle employee well-being, performance reviews, engagement, identification of skill gaps and training needs, performance management, and absenteeism.
* Identify risks and recommend areas for improvement and innovation.
* Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team.
* Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* People management
* Experience in industrial process management
* Flexible availability
* Brazilian driver’s license category B (CNH B)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience in grain receiving and shipping processes preferred
* Familiarity with SAP, Remedy, Ariba, and JDE preferred
