About the role You will be responsible for supporting the **5G mobile technology upgrade**, performing replacement of base controllers, RF, MW and antennas, as well as fiber cable routing, jumper replacement and grounding. Work takes place across various site types, rooftops, building tops and towers between 20 and 50 meters high, requiring technical preparation and readiness for working at heights. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in **working at heights** and under adverse conditions. * Familiarity with **installation equipment** (cranes, ropes, PPE, etc.). * Knowledge of **network and antenna management software** (NMS, EMS, among others). * Ability to **install, configure and test 5G mobile phone antennas**. * Technical degree in **Telecommunications, Electronics or related fields**. * Experience in **installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment** (antennas, radios, optical fiber). * Knowledge of **mobile networks** (4G, 5G, LTE). * Experience with **testing tools and equipment** (spectrum analyzers, signal level meters, etc.). * Understanding of **communication protocols** (TCP/IP, HTTP, among others). **How you work** * Collaborates with the team, demonstrating **commitment, responsibility and attention to detail**. * Works focused on **safety, quality and delivery**.
