




Activities: Responsible for preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, separating according to requested portions, and packaging them Separate food items according to the day's menu, checking appearance, quality, and expiration dates; assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; prepare simple dishes under supervision as needed; Sharpen knives and other cutting tools; Load and unload non-perishable goods and restaurant supplies; Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate protective equipment when performing tasks; Dispose of waste materials generated at the workplace; Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment; Continuously restock food in the cafeteria.
