




Description: As a General Services Assistant in Hospitality, your main responsibilities include: * Performing cleaning and maintenance of the hotel's common areas, such as reception, hallways, event rooms, and leisure areas (pool, sauna, and gym). * Collecting and properly disposing of waste in accordance with the hotel's recycling and sustainability guidelines. * Restocking restrooms and service areas with hygiene and cleaning supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and towels. * Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the hotel are in perfect condition. * Promptly responding to guest requests, providing support regarding cleaning and maintenance issues. * Participating in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and align operational procedures. * Strictly following safety and hygiene regulations, using the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the hotel.
