Develop performance indicators and organize internal/external events Optimize company operations through planning, organizing, controlling, and analyzing activities. * Prepare budgets via email and the company’s client portals, including GEAP, CNU, REDEOPME, UNIDAS, among others; * Negotiate and schedule procedures in the surgical schedule; * Record post-surgical data in the Joinner system for issuing sales invoices and posting accounts in client portals (GEAP, CNU, REDEOPME, CASSI, among others); * Enter required data for developing surgical indicators; * Manage accounts payable and receivable, collections, petty cash (Simple Account), bank reconciliations, commissions, and COGS spreadsheet; * Send fiscal and financial transactions to accounting; * Verify the submission of the \\"petty cash box\\" from the Simple Account before forwarding it to the Manaus finance department; enter payroll amounts into the banking system under the Advance and Monthly fields; * Submit monthly financial and fiscal movements to accounting, including classification of each invoice on the corresponding website; * Develop indicators related to procedures, billing, and collection of surgeries performed during the month; * Organize internal and external events when necessary; manage employee travel to other branches; * Monitor external meetings with health plans and hospitals; * File incoming and outgoing invoices; * Assist with external tasks (receiving materials at the carrier and delivering materials to hospitals when necessary), organize and clean the warehouse, flag material purchases, and verify product expiration dates together with the RT; * Attend company-provided training sessions when requested; * Perform other tasks that, by similarity, fall within the same scope of work.
