In this role, you will provide technical support, operational expertise, continuous improvement, and project management skills in a plant support capacity that ensures safe, efficient, and low-cost operations. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Analyze and optimize industrial processes with the goal of reducing costs, improving efficiency, safety, and product quality. * Apply process continuous improvement methodologies. * Conduct risk assessments for process/equipment changes. * Analyze performance monitoring systems and determine ways to enhance their ability to sustain company operations. * Lead personnel training on equipment and process usage. * Develop work procedures and methodologies focused on operational safety, quality, efficiency, and operability. * Establish equipment efficiency monitoring processes. * Independently handle complex problems with minimal supervision. * Propose equipment resizing and application of new technologies to the production process. * Manage small projects within the unit. * Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving process safety management tools (Process Safety Management). **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **MINIMUM** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Green Belt or Black Belt certification. * Experience in process management. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Advanced Office suite skills. * Knowledge of process safety tools. **PREFERRED** * Fluent English * Postgraduate degree in project management Knowledge of advanced problem-solving tools Economic and financial feasibility analysis of projects At Cargill, every person matters.
