You'll join the Business Intelligence Team. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in developing complex MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, as well as advanced T\-SQL and ETL development skills. This role requires a complete end\-to\-end understanding of BI architecture, from data ingestion through to final report delivery. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. * At least 5 years of hands\-on experience with MicroStrategy development. * Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy components: Dossiers, Documents, Visualizations, Metrics, Prompts, Filters, Templates. * Knowledge of T\-SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning (desired). * Solid hands\-on experience with SSIS and ETL workflows. * Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. NICE TO HAVE Experience with performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL* * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Familiarity with cloud\-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake). * Knowledge of data governance and best practices in BI environments. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, dashboards, metrics, prompts, and filters. * Implement complex reporting logic to support advanced business analysis. * Write and tune complex T\-SQL queries for data sourcing, transformation, and performance optimization. * Develop and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes, including data pipelines, SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions), and automation workflows. * Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of BI reports and ETL processes. * Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Participate in the full BI lifecycle: data ingestion ETL data modeling* report/dashboard development.
