Join us! **Job Description** We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage and organize warehouses, ensuring material accuracy, proper storage, and fulfillment of operational demands according to the client's inventory policy. This professional will be responsible for conducting inventories, performing stock analyses, and proposing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inventories and cyclic material counts; * Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records; * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of stock items; * Carry out inventory reconciliations and critical item control; * Identify root causes of discrepancies and propose process improvements; * Organize, store, label, and identify materials and shelves; * Optimize item placement in the distribution center (DC) to improve productivity; * Generate reports and analyze area KPIs; * Support data-driven decision-making; * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional warehouse; * Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards; * Participate in safety meetings (DDS); * Properly use PPE and follow operational procedures; * Safeguard company assets; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements** * Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics routines; * Knowledge of inventories and material control; * Skills in organization and data management; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level preferred); * Completed high school education (preferred). **Expected Competencies** We seek organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professionals capable of managing inventory control and solving problems.
