Attention: * Benefits apply to Brasília; in other regions, they may vary; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Properly administer and apply vaccines according to correct technique; * Screen the patient/client’s vaccination card (current and future), advise on scheduled dates, adverse reactions, and other questions, and update the document accordingly; * Manage vaccine inventory; * Verify, monitor, and record batch numbers and expiration dates of immunobiologicals, medications, equipment, and other supplies used in the vaccination room in the Expiry Date Control Logbook; * Monitor, record, and clean refrigerator/environment temperatures using the spreadsheet attached to the refrigerator, as specified in the Quality Manual; * Clean and organize the vaccination room according to the Vaccination Manual; * Conduct vaccine inventory counting and control; * Receive, store, and register vaccines delivered from the cold chamber; * Restock supplies and always keep the collection booth organized; * Perform analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample checks as directed by the Quality Manual; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Carry out any other duties relevant to the position; * Ensure confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Nursing technician qualification; * Experience with vaccines is desirable; * Availability to work onsite and on Saturdays; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** Applicants should be aware that, upon approval in the selection process, the following documents will be required for potential hiring: identified and updated vaccination card showing the following vaccines: 2 doses of MMR, Diphtheria (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of Hepatitis B, and 1st and 2nd doses of COVID-19; birth or marriage certificate; ID (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work card (CTPS); PIS number; proof of minimum educational requirement for this position; proof of residence with ZIP code; military service certificate or enlistment certificate for males over 18 years old; and any other position-specific documents. **Observations** * We carefully and thoughtfully review applications; we will contact candidates whose profiles best match the job requirements; * Due to the high volume of applications received, invitation for the desired position may not occur immediately; * All communication regarding our recruitment process occurs via email.
