Conduct quotations and negotiate price, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers. Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and quality of received products. Maintain supplier registration and relationships, seeking strategic partnerships and improved commercial conditions. Analyze inventory turnover, restocking needs, and opportunities for improvement in procurement processes. Prepare procurement reports and metrics to support management. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
