433.92 MHz Remote Control Project, Clone (Duplicator)
Description
Suitable for copying remote controls for gates, alarms, and electric fences. Frequency: 433.92 MHz, Code Learning, with SAW (crystal) filter. If initial production demand is low, manual assembly using SMD components is possible; however, if demand increases, hire a company equipped with robotic assembly equipment. The project is already prepared for both assembly methods. There is no need to purchase the robot—companies exist that perform the assembly and deliver semi-finished units. All manufacturing details will be provided. This product is suitable for commercialization in electronics stores, key shops, and by installers. To assemble the remotes, the assembler must be a technician or electronic engineer, or possess solid knowledge of electronics. Basic bench tools are required, including an instrument called a frequency counter. If unavailable, we provide the manufacturer’s telephone number for the frequency counter. The recommended model is ADCR, VTE. With this device, calibration and testing of all types of remote controls is possible. What does this project include? 1- 2 functioning remote controls as examples; 2- Schematic diagram of the remote control; 3- PCB layout drawing; 4- Microcontroller program. This program copies passwords from the HT6P20B integrated circuit. A microcontroller programmer is required to burn the program. We recommend a specific programmer model and provide supplier details; 5- Component list with prices; 6- List of component suppliers with corresponding contact addresses; 7- All information required for product manufacturing. Note 1: Manufacturing cost is approximately R$6.00; Note 2: Suggested resale price is R$15.00 or R$45.00 for end customers; Note 3: Simply start manufacturing and selling locally. How does this product work? This remote copies passwords from other remotes via proximity, as shown in the image below. The seller does not need to visit the gate location—only bring the original remote close to the clone remote and follow the procedure below: 1- Press and hold one key on the clone remote. After a few seconds, the LED will blink; 2- While the LED is blinking, briefly press the customer’s remote key; 3- The LED will blink rapidly and then turn off, indicating successful copying; 4- Repeat the same procedure with the other key; 5- Copying complete—ready for use. From this point onward, the clone remote is identical to the customer’s remote—i.e., both share the same password...
