Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting, sorting, and controlling goods to ensure delivery quality and excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Goods inspection and sorting 2. Quality assurance in customer delivery 3. Participation in parts inventory * Verify outgoing goods during pickup according to internal procedures; * Confirm during pickup that materials match the descriptions on labels and invoices; * Properly sort and inspect goods to ensure timely and standardized dispatch in accordance with internal standards, always prioritizing excellent customer service and ensuring all parts reach customers correctly; * Participate in counting and inspection of goods (parts inventory); * Monitor packaging conditions and returned products, promptly reporting any abnormalities to immediate supervisors; * Return materials rejected by customers—after proper verification—to their designated addresses as quickly as possible; * Perform other duties relevant to the department.
