Lead teams and ensure sound operational practices ###### **Palmas, TO****The company accepts applications from candidates residing in Palmas and nearby cities** ###### **Supervision/** **Coordination** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT Employment Regime** **Job Details** -------------------- * **Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate road transportation operations for grains among farms, storage units, industries, and ports through the hiring of third-party fleets; Manage relationships with carriers, negotiating freight rates, delivery timelines, and operational conditions; Ensure vehicle availability according to grain origination and commercialization schedules; Monitor inbound and outbound flows at facilities, ensuring integration among logistics, warehousing, quality, and commercial departments; Track logistics performance indicators (On-Time In-Full rate, cost per ton, loading/unloading time, dwell time, damages, losses); Handle spot freight contracting and seasonal contracts, seeking competitiveness and market compliance; Ensure compliance with applicable cargo transportation legislation, fiscal documentation, and insurance requirements; Coordinate scheduling of loading and unloading operations, minimizing queues, dwell time, and operational bottlenecks; Manage logistics incidents such as delays, accidents, weight discrepancies, and quality issues, proposing prompt solutions; Develop and qualify new transportation partners, evaluating capacity, reliability, and compliance requirements; Collaborate with the procurement department to formalize contracts with fleet operators; Lead administrative/logistics teams at facilities, promoting training and sound operational practices; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures during third-party operations; Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making regarding logistics flows and costs. **Our opportunities are open to all professionals without distinction of race, color, gender, age, religion, or disability (PCD)** **\*Residency in Palmas/TO is mandatory\*** **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Completed undergraduate degree ### **Additional Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Power BI knowledge preferred; * Proven experience managing KPIs; * Proven experience in people management; * Proven experience in budget management; * Experience in agribusiness companies preferred **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Private pension plan Life insurance Meal allowance Christmas basket Payroll-deductible loans Food allowance
