Physical and accounting inventory control Civil Construction Warehouse Clerk: responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing materials, tools, and PPEs at construction sites. Ensures physical and accounting inventory control, manages incoming and outgoing items, conducts periodic inventories, prevents waste, and maintains organization and safety. * **Receiving and Inspection:** Receive materials, verify invoices, quantities, and technical specifications. * **Storage and Organization:** Organize the warehouse, assigning locations for materials and tools to ensure easy retrieval and preservation. * **Inventory Management:** Record incoming and outgoing items. Monitor minimum stock levels and conduct periodic inventories. * **Distribution:** Release materials and equipment to work fronts according to requisitions, ensuring accurate stock deduction. * **Tools and PPEs:** Manage the issuance, return, and maintenance of tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Loss Prevention:** Prevent material waste, damage, or loss at construction sites. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in warehouse operations for construction projects or civil construction. * Basic knowledge of construction materials. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
