Join us to BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Opportunity:** As a **CCTV Operator** at Soul Malls, you will: * Monitor and operate the shopping center’s CCTV imaging system to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors. * Assist inter-team communications via radio among service providers at the shopping center. * Monitor the project’s fire detection systems. * Respond to customer communications from elevators. * Control personnel access by verifying authorizations in the system for service providers and employees. * Support the security supervisor in shopping center operations through image monitoring. * Prepare daily incident and shift reports. * Perform other duties compatible with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Completed high school education. * Basic Microsoft Office package. **Desirable Technical Requirement(s):** * Experience in the field. * CCTV Operator training course. * Prior experience as a CCTV Operator. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Sense of urgency. * Initiative. * Teamwork. * Communication. **Additional Information** Additional information **Employment Type:** CLT; **Work Mode:** On-site; **Working Hours and Shift Schedule**: 12x36 shift schedule \- **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a company experiencing constant growth and focused on empowering talent, here you’ll also enjoy: Meal and/or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Health and Dental Insurance; Life Insurance.
