Build your future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and control activities related to movement, warehousing, inventory storage, and distribution, ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency in order fulfillment; * Define and manage logistics and transportation strategies and projects, aiming for high service levels, customer satisfaction, and lower operational costs; * Manage operational scheduling (receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, distribution, and reverse logistics), ensuring appropriate use of resources and assets; * Manage performance/productivity goals and KPIs, ensuring achievement of departmental objectives; * Conduct inventory management (accuracy, losses, and damages), including critical analysis and action plans to improve efficiency; * Develop feasibility analyses and initiatives to increase revenue and reduce fixed and operational costs; * Support the Logistics Director in decision-making, controls, and improvement projects, leading teams and strengthening engagement and capability building. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Relevant work experience; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in logistics (preferred); * Experience with Winthor WMS system (a plus); * Willingness to travel.
