The mission of the Early Childhood Development Assistant is to support the lead teacher in pedagogical activities and daily classroom routines in elementary education, contributing to students' academic, social, and emotional development, and ensuring an organized, welcoming, and conducive learning environment. This professional is also responsible for supporting children's holistic development through playful and educational activities. This role operates under supervision, collaborating with the pedagogical team and contributing to children's well-being and learning. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Assist the lead teacher in implementing pedagogical activities in the classroom. * Support students during individual and group activities, reinforcing the teacher's instructions. * Monitor student entry, exit, and movement within the institution. * Contribute to organizing the classroom environment and pedagogical materials. * Assist students with learning difficulties, under the teacher's and coordination's guidance. * Support the implementation of assessment activities, adhering to pedagogical guidelines. * Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being. * Report relevant daily school occurrences to the teacher and pedagogical coordination. * Comply with internal regulations, pedagogical policies, and institutional guidelines. * Encourage interaction and socialization among children, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment. * Assist with children's meals, hygiene, and basic care, following the responsible team's instructions. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and suggestions for activity development. * Record observations regarding children's behavior and progress, supporting infant development assessment. * Conduct activities that stimulate children's cognitive, motor, and emotional development, in accordance with pedagogical guidelines. * Maintain effective communication with parents or guardians, sharing relevant information about children's development. * Follow institutional norms and procedures, ensuring compliance with educational and safety guidelines.
