**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Organize and archive physical and electronic documentation according to established guidelines.
* Gather information and complete simple reports following defined templates.
* Support internal and external customers by providing basic information or making appropriate referrals.
* Monitor administrative routines and take action as instructed.
* Use microcomputer applications to perform operational tasks.
* Control and request office supplies and standardized items.
* Record operational data, such as time sheets, meal vouchers, and fuel refills.
* Enter basic departmental information into corporate systems.
* Comply with established norms, policies, and procedures.
* Interact with external customers via activities related to billing, customer satisfaction surveys, information provision, and other operational demands, ensuring clear communication, courtesy, and alignment with internal company processes.
* Send project budgets and contracts.
* Invoice costs charged to the customer at their consumption unit or generate REDs for payment.
* Issue notifications to service providers.
* Receive, manage, and control travel requests in corporate systems.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level);
* Driver’s License Category B (desirable).
