Job Summary: Responsible for implementing and managing the integrated management system, developing OHS policies, investigating accidents, and promoting prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Safety awareness promotion and guidance **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the integrated management system. Develop and implement: OHS policy, procedures, campaigns, accident statistics, training programs, PPRA, and the safety module of the company's integration program; * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; * Apply occupational safety and occupational medicine knowledge to the workplace environment, its components, machinery, and equipment, aiming to eliminate existing health risks to workers; * Promote worker awareness and guidance activities for accident prevention; * Guide, correct, and supervise employees regarding PPE usage, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; * Advise the company in data collection for developing and monitoring the PGR. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Occupational safety technician certification; * Relevant work experience; **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
