Accountability for delivery and continuous learning **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you operate with customer focus and innovation, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented manner, and assume accountability for delivery, learn more about our **General Services Assistant** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Santa Luz \- BA; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; * Work modality: On-site * Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities** * Perform gardening and mowing services, including garden maintenance, grass cutting, cleaning of green areas, slope maintenance, and inspection of sedimentation tanks—especially during rainy periods—to ensure preservation and upkeep of outdoor spaces; * Perform maintenance and cleaning services across all unit premises, including sweeping, waste collection, sanitization of furniture, utensils, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and suitable environment for daily work; * Prepare and serve coffee to employees and visitors according to scheduled plans, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the pantry and kitchen; * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and daily consumables, requesting replenishment whenever necessary; * Carry out minor building maintenance repairs, such as equipment adjustments, basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry tasks, contributing to optimal facility operation; * Strictly comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adopting hygiene and organizational practices per company standards; * Support more experienced professionals in various area-related activities, receiving guidance, pursuing continuous learning, and contributing to a collaborative environment. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Completed elementary education; Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus programs, and meal vouchers.
