




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing occupational health and safety documentation and programs, preparing reports and training materials, and conducting employee onboarding, working within the Civil Construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Management of Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, LTCAT). 2. Development of Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and standards training. 3. Work in the Civil Construction sector. Verify the existence and validity of documentation related to ASO, PGR, and PCMSO, as well as mandatory complementary examinations, EPI and EPC records. Be accountable for Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCMAT, and LTCAT); Request, verify, and validate professional qualification certificates in accordance with legal requirements. Prepare a weekly report on safety-related incidents for the Safety Coordination team; Develop/prepare Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) in a preventive and educational manner, aligned with project progress and needs, delivering them at the start of work shifts, except under exceptional circumstances; Conduct onboarding for direct or indirect MO personnel regarding workplace safety standards. Review technical documentation (procedure development, PR and PT); Deliver standards and procedures training; Familiarity with NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) and relevant legislation is desirable. **Requirements:** Completed High School; Completed Occupational Safety Technician course; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
