Responsibilities and Duties * Perform masonry, concrete pouring, and finishing work on civil construction projects. * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate task execution. * Prepare and organize the worksite, ensuring safety and service quality. * Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out tasks. * Conduct measurements and adjustments as needed to ensure construction accuracy. * Collaborate with the work team, maintaining effective and productive communication. * Meet established deadlines and maintain worksite organization. * Stay updated on occupational safety regulations and best practices in civil construction. Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience in this role * Knowledge of masonry, concrete, and finishing techniques * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Capacity to work effectively in a team * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic knowledge of occupational safety * Availability to work different shifts and at various locations * Completed elementary education 2511020202231846214
