Your mission will be to support administrative and commercial operational activities, with emphasis on registrations, CRM, internal customer service, and process organization support.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform customer, supplier, and product registration entry, updates, and validation in internal systems.
* Record interactions in the CRM system, including contacts, requests, and service history.
* Update opportunity, negotiation, and follow\-up statuses according to commercial team guidance.
* Provide telephone, email, and WhatsApp support, clarifying operational and commercial queries.
* Route requests to responsible parties, ensuring agility and accuracy in information flow.
* Assist internal teams with documentation, deadlines, and processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or currently pursuing high school education;
* Aged between 14 and 24 years;
* Availability of 4 hours per day during morning hours;
* Basic Microsoft Office package;
* Initiative, proactivity, organization, discipline, and willingness to learn.
