Your mission will be to assist in administrative department routines.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities**
* Assist in daily operations related to inventory and service functions and obligations;
* Provide support within the assigned area by performing tasks aligned with your apprenticeship, technical, or undergraduate studies, aiming at professional development and future permanent employment;
* Assist in controlling, organizing, dispatching, picking, and counting parts;
* Assist in operating and organizing administrative processes within the Service Department.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:**
* Completed or currently enrolled in high school;
* Aged between 18 and 23 years;
* Availability to work 4 hours per day during the theoretical phase and 4 hours per day during the practical phase;
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Initiative, proactivity, organization, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
