Focus on quality, hygiene, and compliance with brand standards Ice cream shop is hiring a Store Manager in Palmas (Arse). **What you will do in this role?:** Execute strategic and operational store management, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead, train, provide feedback, and continuously develop the team (cashiers, confectioners, assistants). Manage strict inventory control (raw materials, packaging, supplies) to prevent stockouts and losses. Supervise daily gelato production, ensuring quality standards, hygiene, and compliance with franchisor recipes. Monitor financial indicators (COGS, average ticket, conversion rate, labor costs) and propose operational adjustments. Ensure strict adherence to ANVISA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the franchise's operational manual. Strengthen customer relationships by resolving complaints and collecting suggestions for continuous improvement. Guarantee visual, service, and product standardization in accordance with the Borelli brand identity.
