The Bilingual Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing information and support.

As a Bilingual Hotel Receptionist, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. Your main responsibilities include:
* Processing guest check-in and check-out, ensuring all procedures are correctly followed.
* Answering and responding to telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing accurate and helpful information.
* Managing reservations and cancellations using the hotel's management system to maintain up-to-date records.
* Providing information about hotel facilities, available services, and local attractions.
* Efficiently and professionally resolving guest complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining an organized and presentable front desk area, adhering to the hotel's cleanliness and organization standards.
* Collaborating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
* Performing administrative tasks such as mail handling and maintaining guest records.
* Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.
* Demonstrating effective communication skills in more than one language, facilitating interaction with international guests.
**Requirements:** **Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems.
* Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve problems.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Education:**
* Completed high school education.
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
**Advantages:**
