Description: REQUIREMENTS: * Completed higher education or technological degree; * Proven experience in administrative management; * Intermediate Office suite skills; * Intermediate knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ERP). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the unit's budget, monitoring financial performance (budgeted vs. actual) of revenues, costs, and expenses. * Lead local strategic planning, promoting its organization, execution, and internal communication. * Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal regulations, guiding and evaluating area processes. * Manage human resources activities at the unit in partnership with the corporate HR team. * Monitor goals, indicators, and procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency in unit management. * Promote communication between the unit and corporate departments, encouraging dialogue and team integration. * Plan and ensure availability of resources (human, physical, and technological) for unit operations. * Develop and monitor the performance of the team under their leadership, using people management tools. * Implement quality management practices, promoting continuous improvement of processes under their responsibility. * Ensure adherence to the department's budget, focusing on efficiency and cost control. * Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, participating in trainings and reporting deviations. * Maintain confidentiality of information according to the organization's internal guidelines. 2510120202241805588
